The intake consultation is a one-hour clinical evaluation with a licensed psychologist focused on understanding presenting concerns, relevant history, and diagnostic questions. This visit constitutes a diagnostic clinical interview and does not include formal testing.

This appointment allows the clinician to determine appropriate next steps, which may include neuropsychological testing, psychological evaluation, treatment recommendations, or referral to other services.
